Integrity was formed in 2003 by Richard Aguilar, Melanie Bailey and K.C. Griffin with the idea that apartments could be managed better. After over a decade of working with different management companies, multiple owners and diverse properties, Melanie and K.C. had a vision of working with an owner whose desire was to keep apartments,improve the quality of apartment living and take a long term approach to management. They wanted a permanent plan with someone invested in El Paso. Richard Aguilar is a native El Pasoan who began his real estate career as a teenager. He had a desire to change the face of El Paso by buying, improving and building apartment housing for the long haul. Having contracted with several different management companies before, Richard knew that having the right people in place was key to achieving his goals. After working with Melanie and K.C. for several years, the decision to move forward with Integrity was made and the growth has been unprecedented since.
