Cecil Zimmerman grew up in a real estate family. His grandmother was a real estate broker and parents real estate investors. Cecil became a real estate agent in 1997. He quickly became sought out by his peers as a real estate advisor. Later, Cecil earned his General Contractors. Since becoming a Real Estate Broker, Cecil founded Kern Realty with two location in Kern County. Cecil is known for becoming friends with his clients. They often enjoy hunting, fishing, or wine tasting events. He is well respected by his clients for being a problem solver, mediator, and tough negotiator.
