King’s Arch is a multi disciplinary real estate firm specializing in high end creative office properties. The inception came approximately twenty years ago with the acquisition of two severely distressed Beverly Hills office and retail buildings. Headed by partners Allen and Richard Shamooilian, the company has grown to hold ownership in a significant portfolio consisting of office, retail and residential holdings located primarily in West Los Angeles. The creative approach to real estate has given King’s Arch a competitive edge, ensuring the company’s growth in an increasingly complex real estate environment. Foreseeing a collapse in real estate, in 2007 the decision was made to halt all new acquisitions and preserve capital. Seeing an opportunity during the unprecedented economic downturn, in 2007/2008 King’s Arch grew into a vertically integrated company, handling management and leasing for both King’s Arch and third party owned real estate.
