Lainer Development specializes in industrial warehouse type properties in the San Fernando Valley, California. Areas include Sun Valley, North Hollywood, Van Nuys, Northridge and Chatsworth. The business is operated by three brothers, Mark, Nahum and Luis Lainer, Mark's son Jeff and Nahum’s daughter Nancy. Since the early 1950's, they have developed over 3,000,000 square feet of industrial buildings and currently manage about 2,000,000 square feet. In addition to management and leasing they handle all facets of development, including the acquisition of land, planning and design, working with the design engineer, obtaining the financing, and supervising the construction. Most of the buildings are in the San Fernando Valley. However, they also have property in Palmdale, Otay Mesa (San Diego), Oxnard and Reno, Nevada. Most tenants are typical industrial users, warehousing, manufacturing and distribution. They also have many tenants in the entertainment industry.
