The Lee Development Group leases and markets a variety of properties, including commercial office, retail, flex, warehouse, industrial lots and self-storage facilities. Their properties are located in Silver Spring, Aspen Hill, Kensington, Mount Airy and Howard County. Their headquarters are centrally located in the heart of Silver Spring’s central business district. Increasingly, LDG has become involved with public-private partnerships. In 2011 a partnership between the state of Maryland, Montgomery County and Lee Development Group brought the Fillmore Music Hall to Silver Spring bringing new life and business to downtown Silver Spring. LDG and the Montgomery County Housing Opportunities Commission are in the planning phase of the Elizabeth Square project, also in downtown Silver Spring.
