M7 is a leading specialist in pan-European, regional, multi-tenanted commercial real estate and is part of the M7 Investment Group of companies. They have a team spread across a number of European countries that manages an extensive portfolio of retail, office and industrial properties. The M7 team is split into four divisions: Real Estate, Investment Management, Finance and Information Management. The Real Estate team is responsible for sourcing M7's investments and establishing the asset management strategy for them once acquired. The team is led by five partners who between them have over 90 years of industrial real estate experience.
