Makras Real Estate, a San Francisco-based firm that offers several services to residents of the Bay Area. His company is divided into three separate groups: the sales division handles related duties for condominiums and single-family residences, while professionals in the marketing group negotiate for new construction, rentals, and sales. Victor Makras also established the property management section, which oversees more than 200 buildings in areas such as Russian Hill, Noe Valley, Nob Hill, Ashbury Heights, and the Castro District. As the Chief Executive Officer of the firm, he closely monitors each of these divisions and personally reviews every contract, whether it originates from internal employees or outside professionals.
