Dan Perrier has more than ten years in the real estate business after starting his career in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. There he worked with the Meridian Realty Group, Inc., a full service commercial real estate brokerage company. Dan, a native of New Orleans, received his undergraduate degree in business administration from Louisiana State University and his master's degree in business administration from Loyola University. In 2004, Dan joined McDade, Smith, Gould, Johnson, Mason + Company, Houston's leading land firm, where he specialized in the disposition and acquisition of large tracts. In 2010, Dan formed Perrier Properties with a focus on large tracts and infill sites for development. He is actively locating, listing and marketing sites for retail, industrial, single-family, and multi-family developments and investment. Prior to becoming involved in real estate, Dan spent several years in business development and in sales.
