After beginning his career with McLean Trucking and Southeastern Freight Lines, Lester Osborn saw a need for a highly responsive and specialized full service commercial & industrial real estate firm. He started Piedmont Properties in Charlotte, NC in 1993 with a vision to provide quality, client-oriented real estate services to both local and worldwide corporations. Lester’s previous experience in the transportation industry gave him a unique perspective to create a firm that would truly understand each clients’ real estate needs. In 1999, Piedmont Properties joined CORFAC International, a network of highly reputable and locally owned commercial real estate firms across the globe. While Piedmont was building a strong reputation in the Charlotte market, it’s national recognition grew, leading to more referrals from firms across the United States.
