Founded by Patrice Ménard and Sanaa Benzakour in 2008, PMML (originally known as Patrice Ménard Multi-Logements) has taken an important place in the Quebec investment market.
Obsessed with creating value for investors and always keeping high standards, PMML launched its first annual Multi-Residential Report in 2011 which became crucial in the field. PMML then began its first phase of growth in 2016 by developing a team of brokers.
In 2017, the company expanded its service offering and positioned itself as a leader in multi-residential mortgage brokerage and opened the Quebec City market. The PMML.TV channel was then born and quickly became a vector of information with informative video content for investors at all levels.
With over 1500 properties under brokerage contract throughout the province of Quebec, PMML is now the largest real estate and commercial mortgage brokerage firm in Quebec.
