Resland’s projects generally begin as raw land. From there, we manage the process of planning, approvals, design, engineering and construction through to selling developed lots or land parcels to end users. Resland concentrates its focus in Alberta where our reputation, relationships and responsiveness allow us to differentiate ourselves most effectively. Over the last 25 years, the Resland group has successfully worked in many of the urban and rural municipalities throughout Alberta.
