in August 2004 when Rusty and Andy Richter combined their over 40 years of experience and formed Richter Company. It is a real estate, property management and construction company located in the heart of Grandville, MI. Our first office was on Washington Street in Grandville. .In 2015 we moved to the Millennium Building in downtown Grandville. In 2018 Richter Company acquired the building at 4035 Chicago Drive. We immediately started transforming the 100 year old building into our new offices. Over the years our staff and portfolio have grown exponentially, However, we remain a family owned and operated company that focuses on giving our clients the attention and professional expertise they deserve!
