Owner Kim Ward Bacso established River Valley Realty in Lambertville in 2012 because she identified a strong need for engaged, informed agents who can provide knowledgeable guidance on issues specific to the different types of properties found in the Delaware River Valley. As an agent with more than 20 years of experience, Kim recognized an opportunity for an independently owned company to market unique properties in a way that is noticeably different from the corporate-owned models so prevalent in the real estate community. Fueled by high-performing, full-time agents and creative marketing programs, River Valley Realty has achieved solid success in a relatively short time and already has gained significant market share in many of the areas it serves. As River Valley Realty’s office and agent roster grew, it became clear that buyers and sellers were eager to embrace a local, owner-operated real estate company.
