Southpointe Developers, Inc.is a licensed commercial builder with a focus on office buildings in the Wake County market. We have provided quality office space for hundreds of office users and investors since 1993. Russell Gay began his real estate career in Raleigh in 1973 after graduating from East Carolina University. The company worked primarily in residential real estate until the formation of Southpointe Developers and then changed to marketing Southpointe's commercial developments and other similar projects in the Triangle area.
