Through market research, in-house expertise and a hands-on approach, they establish effective campaigns and programs highlighting the vision, identity, position and brand for each project. The Equity Capital Markets & Investor Relations Team collaborates closely with RXR’s capital partners to develop and execute on investment solutions that fit their needs. They regularly communicate with and service those partners throughout the lifecycle of their investments. They coordinate closely with the Acquisitions and Portfolio Management teams to conduct investment research and develop investment strategy.
