The origin of Schumacher Dugan Construction dates back to 1910 when Dugan Construction Company was founded. In 1964, Larry Schumacher and a partner started their own general contracting firm, Schumacher and Williams Construction. After eight years of successful operation, Larry Schumacher, purchased Dugan Construction Company, and the two firms merged into Schumacher Dugan Construction. They operate in the Greater Cincinnati area and have grown through their commitment to quality construction and personalized service for their clients. Schumacher Dugan completes projects on a Construction Management and Design-Build basis in addition to traditional lump sum bid contracts. Their assortment of clients are from a variety of sectors, including health care, manufacturing, institutional, public utilities, financial, office, industrial, retail, and warehouse. They also specialize in concrete, carpentry, and excavation work with their own craftsmen and company-owned equipment.
