Realizing that there was a need for a Commercial Real Estate Brokerage House whose primary focus was developing long-term relationships with their clientele, based on a family relationship’ concept, Gary Shaker departed from the world of large corporate brokerage houses; in January of 1999 he founded Shaker Realty Ltd. Brokerage with his father, Frank Shaker, who started in commercial real estate back in 1972. From day one of its fruition, Gary decided that Shaker Realty Ltd. Brokerage would base its foundation on the old-world principal of valuing people over money.
