Our Story begins in 1988 where, founder and current CEO Marc Resnick began as a Developer. His dream was to become the best developer in the city but not like everyone else. Marc's vision was to create added value where everyone else saw nothing. Marc has since overseen development projects in virtually every Boston neighborhood and several suburbs including Newton, Cambridge, Somerville, Allston, Waltham, and more. On the Property Management end, The Beantown Companies proudly manages hundreds of residential and commercial units in Massachusetts.
