The Mishra Group is a privately-held commercial real estate investment, development and management company that operates its own investment and development projects primarily throughout Houston, Texas. The Mishra Group was founded by and is still led by Mr. Vijay Mishra, a native of Houston. Mr. Mishra graduated from Texas A&M University in 1989 with a Bachelors of Science in Industrial Engineering. Shortly thereafter, Mr. Mishra went to work as an Industrial Engineer at Entex’s Houston office (later acquired by CenterPoint Energy). While there, Mr. Mishra attended the University of St. Thomas and obtained a Master of Business Administration degree in 1997. That same year, Mr. Mishra left the world of electricity and gas and dedicated all of his time to real estate. Just a few short years later, in 2000, Mr. Mishra became a licensed broker in Texas.
