Walter C. Wagner, Jr. started with his successful career in commercial real estate in 1954. Right after he graduated with an economics degree from the University of Notre Dame, he started working as an associate of R. J. Stewart & Associates in Louisville, Kentucky. With his 4 years of experience, in the year 1959, Walter decided to start his own commercial real estate company, the Walter Wagner, Jr. Co. The Walter Wagner Co., LLC celebrates its sixty first year in business in 2020, has twelve associates, and five staff personnel. The team is committed to superior client service and they look forward to the next fifty years in business.
