Bill & Mary Kostrivas started in real estate in Phoenix over 30 year ago. They founded the affiliated company ZDI LLC, in 1991. ZDI LLC specializes in real estate development and construction. As their portfolio grew, Mary began to realize and appreciate the value of quality property management and representation. In 2009, ZDI Realty Advisors, LLC was founded. Their experiences in every aspect of real estate give them a comprehensive understanding of the local market. As developers and owners they are uniquely equipped to recognize the needs of both tenants and landlords. Our property management portfolio includes Class A Office Buildings, medical and dental offices, restaurants, and retail space. They currently manage over 200,000 square feet of space throughout Arizona.
