Kenny Kim has over 20 years of commercial real estate experience working on principal and fund equity/debt investments, as well as consulting engagements. His experience primarily involves leading the valuation and underwriting of all core commercial real estate product types, including office, industrial, retail, multifamily and hotel on a global basis. He is professionally designated as a MAI member of the Appraisal Institute and a Fellow of RICS by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors. Kenny holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate from Cornell University and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from University of California, Irvine.
