Constantly renovated and maintained to a "just-built" appearance and operational status. It is part of the Oxford Valley Mall campus, and was built and kept to "regional shopping center" standards, landscaping and parking ratios (5+/1000).

Suites (mostly medical and life-sciences oriented) finished generally to Class A standards. Most of the suites have outstanding fit-ups, including one (DaVinci Renal Treatment Center) which won an AIA award just a few years ago, and the recently completed Keller-Williams exquisite suite. The Complex has its own maintenance building, where the full-time maintenance and repairs crew centers its operations. In addition, one of the ten buildings of the Complex is an unanchored retail facility, with its own 90-seat lookout restaurant and the upscale Dane D‚cor furniture store and Univest "boutique" bank. Building D contains a business support center, with a highly acclaimed landscaped atrium, common conference room, tech room and galley for tenants' meetings. Medical facilities include a dialysis center, 4 clinical analysis facilities, two nuclear imaging groups, an open MRI, a positron tomography center, a pharmacy, two dental offices and many medical specialties (i.e. cardiology, urology, gynecology, orthopedics, psychiatry, chiropractics, orthodontics, etc). There are also three private learning centers (Sylvan, Huntington and Casablanca’s), a Gymboree toddler center and (next building
over) a day care facility. Public transportation is available at the front (Septa bus) and within a few blocks (Septa regional rail). There are more than 50 restaurant facilities, two large exercise/spa centers, three hotels (Sheraton, Marriott and Holiday Inn), a multiplex theater and a major hospital within walking distance. Macy's, Sears, Strawbridge's and Penney's are located just across the access boulevard.

The Complex is entirely covered with a landlord-operated Wi-Fi network, serving tenants' bandwidth access needs at 3Mbps.
